Component Buyer & Inventory Planner
Location: Concord, NC
Hours: 7am-3:30pm
Compensation: $20-25/hr
We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory and Component Buyer Specialistto bridge the gap between procurement and production. In this role, you will be purchasing multiple components and managingreal-time inventory tracking and surplus recovery. Your goal is to ensure we have exactly what we need, exactly when we need it, without tying up unnecessary capital.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, evaluate, using AI purchasing toolsto secure quality electronic and physical components at optimal pricing and terms.
Monitor stock levels across raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods.
Track orders and manage supplier lead times to ensure timely deliveries, preventing costly production downtime.
Maintain meticulous records within systems, ensuring part numbers, locations, and unit costs are accurate.
2 years in component buying, inventory management and materials receiving.
Strong command of systems and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Experience with cycle counting and maintaining high levels of data integrity.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $25.00 Per Hour
