This is an exciting opportunity to help support Wells Fargo’s Human Resources transformation to deliver a new experience to our team through process and technology. As a Business Systems Consultant and a member of the Talent Acquisition product scrum team, you will plan and execute business configuration of software products (Workday). You will also collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts, system users, and stakeholders to understand and document existing and proposed business processes, requirements, and system needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Acts as an internal consultant within technology and business groups by using quality tools and process definition/improvement to re-engineer technical processes for greater efficiencies. 
• Assist in decomposing epics into user stories and in writing effective user stories.
• Maintain task status in Jira or similar Agile management tool.
• Participate in testing acceptance criteria and ensure test plans reflect acceptance criteria.
• Partner with client area and plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
• Perform business configuration of software products.
• Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.
• Provides technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. 
• Recommends and initiates systems testing.

• 7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience

• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Agile Certification

• Experience designing, deploying, and supporting tools in the Talent Acquisition area 
• Experience with consulting and implementing Human Resource products and tools
• Experience with one or more of the following HR functional areas: Talent Acquisition, Core HR, Payroll, Timekeeping, Absence, Compensation, Talent Management
• 2+ years of experience with Workday HR functional areas (Core HR, Payroll, Time, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition). 
• Workday experience in the Talent Acquisition 
• Agile / scrum experience
   

• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
