Role Overview
This role blends sales outreach, relationship-building, and customer feedback. You’ll work directly with businesses—helping them sign up, onboarding them onto the platform, and gathering real-world insights that drive innovation and product improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach and sign-up of businesses for the Sunny Street platform
Build relationships with business leaders and guide them through onboarding
Support businesses in learning and using the platform effectively
Test the software and identify bugs or usability issues
Gather and document customer feedback, pain points, and feature ideas
Share insights with the Sunny Street team to improve product experience and workflows
Identify opportunities for innovation and improved charity engagement
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Success in this role will be measured by a mix of activity, outcomes, and insight quality, including:
Sales & Outreach
Number of businesses contacted per week
Number of businesses signed up/onboarded
Conversion rate from outreach → signup
Business Engagement & Success
Percentage of onboarded businesses actively using the platform
Time to first successful campaign or action on Sunny Street
Qualitative feedback from businesses on clarity and usefulness
Customer Feedback & Product Insights
Number of actionable feedback items submitted (pain points, feature requests, UX issues)
Quality and clarity of bug reports and usability findings
Patterns identified across multiple businesses (themes, trends, repeated friction points)
Innovation & Improvement
Recommendations that lead to product, onboarding, or messaging improvements
Contribution to testing new features or workflows before launch
