The opportunity

Delaware North is seeking a highly analytical and growth-oriented Manager of Business Insights & Analytics to support our Interactive Gaming business. This role will partner closely with Product, Marketing, Casino, Acquisition, and Finance to deliver actionable insights that drive player growth, engagement, retention, and profitability.

The ideal candidate possesses both the technical foundation and business insight required to uncover critical findings and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across all levels of the organization.

As a new role on a newly formed team, this position offers the opportunity to build from the ground up — establishing scalable frameworks, refining KPIs, and helping define the long-term vision for analytics within Interactive Gaming. Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 - $110,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?

  • Serve as one of the primary analytics partners to the Interactive Gaming business, providing insight into player behavior, revenue trends, promotional performance, and product engagement.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI definitions to monitor business health across acquisition, retention, and monetization funnels.
  • Lead deep-dive analyses to uncover growth opportunities, operational inefficiencies, and revenue optimization strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing on campaign measurement, segmentation, and promotional ROI analysis.
  • Support Product teams with A/B testing design, experimentation analysis, and feature performance measurement.
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, executive-ready narratives and recommendations.
  • Ensure data integrity and alignment across internal systems and third-party partners.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and external vendors to enhance data pipelines and analytical capabilities.
  • Mentor and guide analysts (if applicable), promoting best practices in data storytelling and analytical rigor.

More about you

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused roles (interactive gaming, digital consumer, or related industries preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience working in Tableau- certification preferred.
  • Strong SQL proficiency and experience working with large, complex datasets.
  • Solid understanding of key business performance metrics (e.g., LTV, retention, revenue, promotional effectiveness) and how analytics supports decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, business-facing mindset and the ability to build trust across cross-functional teams.
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize impact and clarity over unnecessary technical complexity.
  • Experience working in highly cross-functional, business-facing roles preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
