Responsibilities
- Provide training to end-users to ensure effective ERP software utilization
- Manage support tickets and outages, minimizing disruption and swiftly restoring services
- Leverage SQL to develop reports that present production data to plant management
- Drive decision-making and uncover manufacturing opportunities while liaising with stakeholders to deliver regular updates on KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights
- Experience working with ERP platforms
- Expert-level SQL skills for querying and manipulating data
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Solid technical and computer proficiency
- Strong verbal and written skills for documenting processes and engaging with all levels of the organization
