Intake cases, troubleshoot and establish case strategy.
Analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for filing with the appropriate government agency.
Draft petitions, applications and specialized support letters detailing eligibility for visa classification and other immigration benefits.
Oversee status of cases.
Issue-spot and present potential benefits and disadvantages of various options
Research and apply regulations and case law with minimal attorney oversight
Understand I-9, site visit and related compliance issues
Write persuasive first drafts of sophisticated documents such as O-1 petitions, Aliens of Extraordinary Ability, Outstanding Researcher cases, as well as first drafts of complex DOL audit responses and complex RFEs for filing with the USCIS
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
A minimum of 1 year of Business Immigration-related experience
