Key Responsibilities
• Advise clients on a variety of business immigration matters
• Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda and case filings
• Represent clients in immigration proceedings and interviews
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals on case strategy
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication

Qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Immigration Attorney or Immigration Associate Attorney preferred
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction (New York Bar required)
• Strong understanding of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and procedures
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Fluency in a foreign language is a plus
