Calculated Hire is in search of a Project Manager for our Fortune 100 Financial Services Company. You will be responsible for the following:
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution of business programs, initiatives, and deliverables with moderate complexity
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business objectives into execution plans
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes across assigned initiatives
- Prepare analysis, presentations, and reporting materials for leadership
- Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure timely and compliant delivery
Required Qualifications:
- Direct experience overseeing and tracking multiple technology systems changes concurrently thru a change delivery / program structure is required.
- Excellent communication (written verbal) skills and a willingness to ask deep probing questions in a highly technical environment are essential.
- Must possess a date-driven focus and be comfortable proactively identifying and raising potential risk to delivery in a very fast paced organization.
- Experience preparing content for inclusion in executive presentations needed. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft PPT, SharePoint and Excel
- Development and execution of technology-focused testing. May include testing progress reporting, including script execution, defect remediation and similar. A working knowledge of JIRA and Octane is beneficial
Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in financial services
- Product / technology experience with domestic and international commercial wire processing
- ISO 20022 messaging standards familiarity across SHIPS, FedWire and SWIFT
