This candidate will support the AFS to LoanIQ conversion within Wholesale Lending Operations.
Candidates will be responsible for designing and delivering training to Operations users, ensuring readiness for system adoption, and supporting the development of procedures, training materials, and hands-on learning experiences.
Duties:
Design and deliver instructor-led LoanIQ training sessions for Operations users
Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, job aids, and knowledge checks
Create role-based training content and real-world practice lab scenarios aligned to business processes
Configure training/test environments to enable hands-on learning
Partner with business and operations teams to support procedure creation and reviews
Ensure training content aligns with current processes, enhancements, and conversion requirements
Facilitate practice labs and reinforce learning through scenario-based exercises
Walk through LoanIQ screens and workflows during training sessions
Top Skills:
5 plus years of LoanIQ experience, with strong functional knowledge of lending operations workflows
Proven experience delivering system training (preferably LoanIQ or lending platforms)
Ability to clearly explain complex processes and system functionality to end users
Experience developing training materials, job aids, and structured learning content
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and SharePoint
Nice To Have:
Experience supporting AFS to LoanIQ conversions or similar system migrations
Background in Lending Operations (e.g., servicing, booking, payments, or loan maintenance)
Experience working in UAT/test environments

Pay Range: $60 - $66/hr. on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
