Role Overview
The Business Development Specialist– Life Sciences (West Coast Region) is a growth-driven, externally focused hunter role responsible for creating, identifying, and closing new business opportunities across the Life Sciences and Controlled Environments markets. This role owns expansion into new end-user accounts, new applications, and new segments, while accelerating adoption of the DuPont™ Controlled Environments portfolio, including DuPont™ Tyvek® IsoClean® solutions.
Unlike traditional account management or channel support roles, this position is designed for aggressive opportunity creation. Success requires a hunter mentality—a demonstrated ability to proactively uncover unmet customer needs, penetrate new accounts, disrupt incumbent solutions, and convert leads into sustainable revenue growth using a consultative, value-based selling approach.

The Pay range for this role is $107,100.00 - $168,300.00 Annual
