The Opportunity
We’re looking for a driven, competitive Business Development Specialist to help fuel Spartan’s expansion by identifying, qualifying, and converting strong franchise partners across key markets.
This is a sales-first role with real ownership—you are responsible for moving candidates through a structured evaluation process and playing a direct role in who joins the Spartan network.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Own and manage a pipeline of franchise candidates from first conversation through final approval
- Drive consistent, high-volume outreach across calls, email, and virtual presentations
- Lead structured discovery conversations to assess candidate fit, goals, and readiness
- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate Spartan’s model, expectations, and growth opportunity
- Maintain strong pipeline discipline with consistent follow-up and next-step execution
- Accurately track all activity, notes, and metrics within CRM
- Identify and prioritize high-value markets and strong operator profiles
- Keep leadership informed on pipeline health, timelines, and expansion opportunities
- Represent Spartan at events, discovery days, and market visits
- Partner with leadership and onboarding team to ensure smooth candidate transition post-approval

Experience
- 3+ year in sales, business development, or a pipeline-driven role
- Experience managing a multi-step sales process or structured deal cycle
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Franchise development or multi-market expansion experience is a plus

Compensation
$70,000 – $125,000+ Total Compensation
(Base salary based on experience + uncapped commision/performance incentives)
