We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in advancing the reach of our home health and hospice services. This position blends strategy, relationship-building, and compassionate communication to strengthen partnerships, identify new opportunities, and guide families during important care transitions.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will:
The Continuum of Care Business Development Specialist is responsible for promoting awareness and availability of ProHealth Care's Chronic and Post-Acute care services as well as other clinical areas to a multitude of referral sources in the medical community. This role is responsible for acquiring and maintaining industry expertise and information regarding ProHealth Care's offerings. Acting as a liaison between the customer and our organization, this person will develop and expand new and existing account relationships to increase utilization of ProHealth Care's post-acute care services and clinical programs.
