Company Description
ARETYN is a premium sportswear brand redefining how clubs experience teamwear. Built by former club directors, ARETYN was created to solve the inefficiencies, lack of flexibility, and inconsistent service that have long defined the industry. Today, we partner with 400+ clubs across the U.S. and Europe, supporting over 50,000 athletes through a fully integrated, direct-to-club model.
We combine design-led product, scalable technology, and a service standard that prioritizes reliability, speed, and transparency. From fully custom kits to streamlined team stores and operational infrastructure, every part of the ARETYN experience is built to give clubs more control - and a higher standard. Our approach is simple: Raise the bar on product, elevate the level of service, and operate with precision at scale.

Qualifications
Why join ARETYN as a BDR within the Sales Team?
At ARETYN, you’ll be part of a growing premium sportswear brand where quality, speed, and service matter. As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a key role in expanding our club partnership network and shaping how the brand is introduced to new organizations across the United States.
This position is designed as a starting point within the sales organization, with a clear pathway into Sales Representative (Account Executive) and closing roles based on performance. You will receive hands-on training, direct exposure to the full sales cycle, and the opportunity to grow into a revenue-generating role.
We offer a structured, team-oriented environment focused on development, accountability, and measurable performance. Advancement is performance-based and tied to consistent achievement of activity, pipeline generation, and contribution to closed business.
Top performers will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, work more closely with high-value club partnerships, and progress into closing roles as the company continues to scale.
