Are you an experienced Contracts Administrator, Paralegal, or Project Coordinator with a passion for the gaming/entertainment industry? I am looking for a sharp, detail-oriented professional to join the team supporting partnerships and licensing for a major, world-class gaming studio in Redmond, WA!

This is a premier contract opportunity to manage high-impact operational workflows and support the full lifecycle of partnership contracts.

💰 Pay Rate: $58.63/hour (40 hours/week, no OT) 📍 Location: Redmond, WA (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, Tue/Wed/Thu) 🗓️ Start Date: Strict June 2026 start (Must be available to start this month) 📈 Extension: Highly likely

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting senior BD managers in executing and managing gaming partnership contracts.
• Managing operational workflows, including supplier setup and partner payment requests via finance tools.
• Executing NDAs and maintaining vital licensing rights/DLC trackers.
• Processing and triaging incoming external partnership proposals.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Contract Administration, or as a Paralegal.
• Strong experience managing, tracking, and/or negotiating legal contracts within the Gaming or Entertainment industries.
• Comfort interfacing with Finance and Legal teams on time-sensitive deals.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and proficiency with contract systems and SharePoint.
