What you’ll be doing
- Lead and execute strategic business development plans aligned to growth priorities
- Drive new client acquisition through targeted campaigns, pitches, and market insights
- Partner with lawyers to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and expand services
- Develop compelling proposals, thought leadership, and go-to-market messaging
- Deliver impactful events and profile-raising initiatives
- Use data, research, and industry intelligence to identify trends and unlock opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in business development within a law firm
- Exposure to Intellectual Property or innovation-led sectors is highly desirable
- A strategic thinker who can translate insight into action
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives
- Confidence to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
