What You'll Do
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field sales activity.
  • Develop relationships with key decision-makers including Operations, HR, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership.
  • Conduct discovery meetings to identify workforce challenges and present customized staffing solutions.
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through CRM activity and disciplined follow-up.
  • Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales activity, appointment, and revenue goals.


What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales, staffing sales, or business development experience.
  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to create opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person meetings.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and sales activity.

Qualifications
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of business development or outside sales experience preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and developing new business relationships.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Houston market.
