Business Development Associate (Private Credit)

Full-Time | Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day WFH)
Compensation: $60,000 base + uncapped commission / performance bonus

The Role
This is a hands-on business development and origination role with direct exposure to deal flow, client interaction, and capital markets from day one. The position is designed to develop commercial instincts and real-world transaction experience - not just analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and originate financing opportunities through outreach to business owners and intermediaries
- Build and manage relationships with referral partners (bankers, brokers, advisors)
- Support the deal lifecycle from initial screening through execution
- Work closely with lenders and capital providers to place transactions
- Represent Bizi Connect at industry events and conferences (travel required)
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 0–3 years of experience in finance, sales, or a client-facing role
- Strong interest in private credit, capital markets, or business finance
- Proactive, competitive, and comfortable with outbound business development
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
