Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. Title: Business Data Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Raritan, NJ

Duration: Contract through EOY + Extensions in 2027

Rate: 30-35HR

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Experience with Master Data Management (MDM), including data governance and data management principles

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to write SQL queries (Databricks preferred)

- Experience profiling and analyzing data

- Experience writing UAT test scripts and test scenarios

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- Python development experience - SAP PIM / product master data experience

This role supports a commercial Master Data Management (MDM) platform focused on governing and enhancing business‑critical master data. You’ll partner closely with commercial and IT stakeholders to identify unmanaged or spreadsheet-based data, bring it into the MDM ecosystem, apply governance, and syndicate it for enterprise use. The role involves hands-on data analysis, working with third‑party data sources, supporting ingestion into core platforms, documenting processes, and helping the business establish ownership and standards for master data definitions.
