📍 Corpus Christi, TX | 🕒 Full-Time | Direct Hire

We are currently seeking a Business and/or Real Estate Attorney with a minimum of 2+ years of experience to join a well-established and growing firm in Corpus Christi, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney looking to take ownership of transactions and work closely with clients in a collaborative environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage business and real estate transactional matters from start to finish
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements including purchase & sale agreements, contracts, and entity formation documents
• Handle due diligence related to acquisitions, mergers, title, zoning, and environmental matters
• Provide strategic legal counsel and risk management guidance to clients
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, investors, and joint venture partners
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws related to real estate development, construction, and governance
• Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals within the practice group
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

🔹 Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Texas State Bar
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business and/or real estate law
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Board certification (or working toward it) in Real Estate or related fields is a plus
