Hiring: Business Analyst – Wholesale Payments (Commercial Banking)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Commercial Banking and Wholesale Payments.
Required Skills:
10+ years of IT experience
8+ years as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
Deep knowledge of Wholesale Payments and Payment Hubs
Experience with ACH, MTS, FTM, Pep+, RDC
Strong understanding of SWIFT, ISO 20022, BAI formats
Hands-on experience with MT/MX messages and FedNow
Payment orchestration, execution, and message generation
User stories, backlog grooming, PI Planning, Sprint Planning
Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, and Digital Banking experience
Customer Onboarding and CRM exposure
SAFe POPM Certification preferred
