We are seeking a Business Analyst I for an onsite contract opportunity in Anchorage, Alaska. This role will support business analysis and data management efforts tied to project delivery, with a strong focus on data quality, process documentation, user support, and cross-functional collaboration.
This is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with stakeholders to improve processes and support business systems initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, define, and document business processes and objectives with a focus on data quality and process improvement
- Gather, analyze, and summarize business and operational data for project and stakeholder needs
- Assist with project delivery activities and help drive assigned tasks to completion with minimal supervision
- Create and maintain user guides and process documentation to support business systems and workflows
- Support end users with training on systems and related business processes
- Partner with functional and strategic teams to help establish and maintain consistent processes
- Participate in small to mid-sized projects through multiple phases under manager direction
- Identify risks, track progress, and help ensure projects stay aligned to timeline, quality, and business expectations
- Analyze current business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend practical solutions
- Assist with testing of new or updated processes and support implementation activities
- Prepare clear findings, results, and recommendations for stakeholders
- Maintain awareness of evolving tools, technologies, and methods related to business and data analysis

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of post-high school education and experience totaling four years
Experience:
2–5 years of experience in quality data entry, training, business analysis, and/or project management
