Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst II to support the End User Hardware and Software Operations organization. This role provides end-to-end support across the full asset lifecycle, with a strong emphasis on financial acumen, budgeting, forecasting, procurement, and vendor management.

The Business Analyst II will partner closely with IT, Finance, Asset Management, and Technology Services teams to ensure cost control, accurate asset tracking, contract compliance, and high-quality service delivery. While the role is primarily analytical and operational, it also requires limited hands-on involvement (approximately 20–25%) supporting deployments, asset enhancements, and technology services as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Asset Management & Operations

Support the full lifecycle of end-user hardware and software assets, from procurement through deployment, tracking, refresh, and retirement

Maintain accuracy of asset data in ServiceNow, ensuring alignment with financial and inventory records

Support enterprise asset audits and compliance initiatives

Financial Management & Analysis

Perform budget tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and cost analysis related to End User Services

Utilize SAP for purchase requisitions, purchase orders, budget entries, cost center tracking, and financial reporting

Analyze variances and provide financial insights to support leadership decision-making

Maintain chargeback tracking and time reporting where applicable

Procurement, Contracts & Vendors

Develop and support purchasing processes, including vendor evaluation and review

Audit hardware and software maintenance contracts to validate billing accuracy and SLA compliance

Analyze existing contracts and assist with the development of Statements of Work (SOWs)

Facilitate periodic vendor reviews to address performance, compliance, and service improvement opportunities

Reporting & Process Improvement

Generate reports using ServiceNow and Excel, translating data into clear, readable, and visually effective formats

Produce monthly volume reports for computers, mobility, MFDs, and enterprise software

Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

Benchmark services and recommend enhancements aligned to industry best practices

End User & Hands-On Support (Limited)

Provide limited hands-on support (20–25%) including deployment coordination, asset enhancements, and troubleshooting

Support technology needs related to building enhancements, room build-outs, and hyper-care activities

Collaborate with field support, on-site support, AV, and executive support teams under Technology Services

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

OR equivalent relevant professional experience

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in end-user operations, asset management, or IT services

Strong background in financial controls, budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and procurement

Experience working in enterprise or utility-scale environments preferred

Technology & Tools

SAP (forecasting, budget management, reporting, purchase orders)

ServiceNow (asset management, ticketing, reporting)

Microsoft Excel (financial analysis, pivot tables, charts, reporting)

Microsoft O365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00/hr.
