JOB OBJECTIVE:To provide assistance with the administration of employee benefits programs for City of Little Rock employees and affiliated agencies.This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.For a complete list of essential job functions, please click HERE.These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of two (2) years of college or vocational-technical school in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related area, and four (4) years of experience in employee benefits administration or records maintenance and processing, or related area; two (2) years of demonstrated advanced-level Microsoft excel experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:- Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
