JOB OBJECTIVE:To provide assistance with the administration of employee benefits programs for City of Little Rock employees and affiliated agencies.

This position is not designated as a safety/security sensitive position and is not subject to random drug and alcohol screening.

These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of two (2) years of college or vocational-technical school in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related area, and four (4) years of experience in employee benefits administration or records maintenance and processing, or related area; two (2) years of demonstrated advanced-level Microsoft excel experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT:
  • Must possess a valid Arkansas Class D (Non-Commercial Vehicle) Driver's License before employment and maintain licensure for the duration of employment in this position.
