OverviewThe role is a Product Analyst within the product organization, with an expectation that the person will flex into a Business Analyst and Scrum Master type role for the team. The position supports College Advantage, a customer facing application used globally by hotel front desk teams. The platform is built in house and developed collaboratively by product, engineering, and design.The team operates in a very active agile environment with releases every two weeks. They are looking for someone who is highly fluent in agile methodologies and comfortable hosting or contributing to core ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily scrums, retrospectives, and sprint reviews. This is currently a gap on the team and a key need.Scope of Work:A major focus area is on property CRM, which enables better guest personalization. Candidates with experience on CRM initiatives are highly relevant, whether that experience comes from hospitality or another industry. Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.Contract and Location:This is expected to be a long term contract. It will start as a six month engagement with a strong intent to extend beyond that timeframe. Local candidates are preferred but location is not a requirement.It is fair to position this role as closely aligned to a Scrum Master, even though the title is Product Analyst. Strong ownership of agile processes is critical.

PURPOSE:Hyatt is seeking a Business Analyst for Colleague Advantage, a proprietary Hyatt system used by Front Office teams. To help support the global deployment of Colleague Advantage, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can report on analytics, translate business needs into user stories, and create documentation for hotel and corporate teams.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:• Work closely with the Product Engineering team to communicate user needs and maintain timelines• Collaborate with the deployment team to understand regional requirements and prioritize enhancements with the Product Manager• Support the deployment team with troubleshooting and configuration settings• Document and execute the design of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases and scenarios• Provide recommendations for procedural improvements toward existing and new solutions• Apply subject expertise in evaluating business operations and processes during the product or procedural investigation• Overseeing standardization of applications supporting business needsExperience Preferred:• Experience with Opera PMS, Colleague Advantage, HotSOS, Zingle, Sertifi, Credit Card process• Demonstrates qualities as a leading subject matter expert in technical solutions used at the hotel

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
