Venturi, LLC A Chenega Company has an exciting career opportunity for a Facilities Analyst Advanced who will work on the TEAMS NEXT Facilities Lifecycle Management contract (FLCM) supporting the Missile Defense Agency.This Advanced Analyst will work in the MDA Agency Operations - Facilities group and provide support to the Real Property Planning and Programming team and military construction (MILCON) projects.

Work Location: Hybrid work schedule with combination of in-office and telework allowed, with government customer approval.

Travel: Some travel may be required, less than 25% of time

Responsibilities

As a Facility Analyst Advanced, the position duties include, but are not limited to, these functional areas:

  • Management, accountability, and tracking of government facilities
  • Real property data reporting and reconciliation of real property accounting for leased, preponderant use, and transfer and turnover of real property assets
  • Produce, review, and maintain files including accountability of real property funding, work classification, project progress, and closeout documentation (DD form 1354) for all customer locations
  • Preparation, review, and management of official correspondence for space requests with host installations
  • Gathering and validation of facilities and real property project requirements
  • Collaboration with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure accurate documentation
  • Development of briefings and recommendations for chain of command in support of government customer
  • Participation in site specific activities including support discussions on weekly, biweekly, or monthly basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree with 13+ years of relevant experience.
    • MA/MS in any field may be substituted for 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Security Clearance requirements: Secret, or ability to obtain within six months of hire
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of military installation department of public works (DPW) real property management
  • Understanding/experience supporting major command sustainment of real property to keep an inventory of facilities in good working order.
  • Familiarity with Military, Dept of War (Army, Navy, Airforce, National Guard, USACE, and NAVFAC) is desired.
  • Familiarity with General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS)
  • Database management, knowledge of Power BI

  • Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities as an analyst
  • Capable of leading the development and use of analytic tools, techniques, and processes for technical and administrative support activities
  • Capable of working independently or leading teams to solve problems
  • Capable of providing daily supervision and direction to support teams
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and services at host installations
  • Effective communication skills and ability to brief project status and provide recommendations
  • Familiarity with using standard U.S. professional office software to include Adobe Acrobat, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Teams
