Job Description:

This Business Analyst will provide support for the Commercial Technology implementations, onboarding our traceability system, and associated processes, at our Authorized Treatment Centers (ATC’s) for a major drug launch. As a member of the Data, Technology and Engineering (DTE) organization, this position will report into the DTE CGT lead, based in the Boston headquarters.

ATC Support & Implementation Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding activities for ATC’s globally
• Drive the completion and delivery of Information Security questionnaires as required by our hospital partners
• Lead the project management and implementation of Federated Login integration
• Support the ATC Activation Lead with external facing engagement activities, when needed
• Assist in the completion of regional and national certifications related to the launch of our technology platform
• Create and maintain global IT documentation related to ATC onboarding
• Assist in delivering projects related to our systems and processes

Additional Responsibilities

• Document meeting minutes and facilitate follow-up actions
• Provide general support for our internal and external commercial stakeholders
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives
• Customer/stakeholder focused mindset

Pay: $50-65/hr
