Job Description:
Responsible for providing project support to Department Directors. Provides consulting services to process and program leaders and team leaders. Analyzes, and presents alternatives, makes recommendations and provides assistance for resolving business and technical issues confronting process leaders and team leaders in the areas of planning, performance measurement, change management, and periodic assessment review. This role is also responsible for day-to-day activities related to contract and vendor management, procurement activities for various business units and technological applications used within Customer Care.
