Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner with prior experience working with Healthcare. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis, stakeholder management, and product ownership skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and development teams.
- Create and manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.
- Ensure successful delivery of product features and business initiatives.
- Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning activities.
Required Skills:
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.
- Prior experience with Healthcare is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with requirement documentation, user stories, and backlog management.
- Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on healthcare payer or insurance-related projects.
- Familiarity with healthcare business processes and regulatory requirements.
