The organization seeks a Business Analyst & AI Catalyst Consultant to identify and deliver AI-driven process improvements across multiple departments. The role will analyze workflows, size opportunities, and implement custom AI solutions using the Google AI stack with a focus on Gemini. The consultant will manage discovery through deployment, measure outcomes, and drive adoption through clear communication and enablement.

Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2


Responsibilities

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand operations, challenges, and strategic objectives.
  • Map complex workflows to identify automation and AI augmentation opportunities.
  • Acclimate to diverse business domains to tailor AI solutions to specific needs and context.
  • Perform feasibility analysis to determine appropriate AI solution tier and coordinate handoffs to development when required.
  • Estimate time-to-value, complexity, and ROI for proposed enhancements.
  • Lead creation of custom AI instances, including system instructions, knowledge bases, and persona/output configuration.
  • Develop user documentation to support adoption.
  • Maintain expertise in the Google AI ecosystem, including Gemini 3.x/Flash and Google Workspace integrations.
  • Collaborate with business units on iterative testing and refinement based on real usage.
  • Document post-deployment metrics, user experience, and realized time or cost savings.
  • Communicate AI capabilities, limitations, and value to non-technical audiences.
  • Create guides, walkthroughs, and training sessions to enable effective use of AI tools.


Experience Requirements

  • 2+ years in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role in a technical environment.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI and LLMs, including differences from traditional software systems.
  • Strong command of the Google AI technology stack with emphasis on Gemini.
  • Ability to produce workflow diagrams, BRDs, and process maps.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills to achieve targeted business outcomes.
  • Exceptional listening skills to identify underlying needs.
  • Clear communication skills for explaining complex AI concepts in accessible language.
  • Adaptability to shift between business domains and adjust communication style.


Education Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.


Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
