Our client is looking for a detail-driven, proactive Business Administrator to join a growing team!

This is more than just an admin role—you’ll be at the heart of their operations, helping manage sales orders, support clients, and keep the office running efficiently day-to-day.


What you’ll be doing:

  • Process and manage sales orders accurately using QuickBooks and internal systems
  • Keep records organized, up-to-date, and easy to access
  • Support daily office operations (calendar management, scheduling, meeting coordination)
  • Be a go-to for customers—handling inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and care
  • Assist with clerical tasks like proofreading, correspondence, and general admin support
  • Collaborate with the team to keep everything moving efficiently and on time

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with QuickBooks or similar systems is a big plus
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach

This role is in the office full time (M-F 8-4) $27/hour
