Job Title: Building Engineer

Location: Westford, MA 01886

Duration: 5 months- Potential to convert to FTE

Hours: M-F 8-5

Summary:

As a Building Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining and repairing building system operations and the performance of various areas including plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating, and cooling.

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Smaller location

Team Overview: FM, Mail Svc Coordinator

Resource's typical working day:

• Standard repairs and maintenance
• Patch and paint
• Filter changes
• Any fan cooling units in the ceiling
• Hot/cold calls

Must Have Skills:

• Customer service
• Attention to detail
• Staying organized

Nice to have skills:

• Will be using Client's work order system
• Experience using a tablet

Years of Experience: 3-5 years of experience

Education: High School Diploma

Software skills: MS Office Suite, word and excel
