Apprentice Building / Facilities Engineer

1st Shift | $25–$30/hr | Paid Training & Licensing

Entry‑level facilities / building engineering role with hands‑on training under licensed engineers. Designed for someone who wants to grow into a Boiler or Building Engineer, not stay entry‑level.

Schedule & Setting
  • Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Light on‑call rotation (after training)
  • Clean, modern corporate HQ & R&D campus
What To Expect
  • Preventive maintenance on HVAC, pumps, motors, and air handlers
  • Assist with boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
  • Help troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and building systems
  • Support small repairs, contractor coordination, and emergencies
  • Work directly with experienced licensed engineers
  • Exposure to boilers, HVAC, chillers, labs, and BAS
  • Company pays for training and licenses
  • Clear path to Stationary Engineer / Facilities leadership

What We’re Looking For
  • 1–2+ years in facilities, maintenance, HVAC, or mechanical work
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable with tools and safety practices
  • Interest in earning engineering or boiler licenses

This is a Permanent position based out of Fridley, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.
