LCCx is growing our Building Enclosure Commissioning (BECx) team and looking for a Project Manager with a strong construction, engineering, or architectural background who wants to step into a specialized, high-growth field.
This role is ideal for someone who understands how buildings come together—and wants to deepen their expertise in performance, quality, and building systems.
👉 No prior BECx experience required — we will train you.
You’ll work directly with our team of commissioning experts, gaining hands-on experience across real projects while building toward a Senior Manager or Director-level role.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple projects from design through construction
- Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors
- Review drawings and enclosure details (walls, roofing, waterproofing, façades)
- Perform site observations and field verification
- Support building enclosure testing and quality assurance
- Prepare clear, professional reports and documentation
- Track project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in:
- Construction
- Architecture
- Engineering
- QA/QC or commissioning
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to read construction documents
- Clear communication (written + verbal)
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset

Compensation & Benefits
- $85,000 (based on experience)
