.The Finance / Contracting Subject Matter Expert provides comprehensive financial management support, with a focus on the execution and oversight of appropriated and reimbursable funds within Army programs. This role supports financial operations by analyzing commitments, obligations, and disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple financial systems. The analyst leverages the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and related tools to support budgeting, reconciliation, reporting, and audit readiness efforts, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial discrepancies and maintain data integrity
