Job Title: Bridges Interface Analyst II
Location: Secaucus, NJ or Clifton, NJ (Onsite 5x a week)

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bridges Interface Analyst II to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned interfaces, leading both implementation and ongoing support efforts. This role is responsible for driving interface design, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless data integration across systems.
You will partner closely with project managers, application teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality interface solutions that meet business and end-user needs.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of interfaces, web services, and APIs (including FHIR), from analysis and design through implementation, go-live, and ongoing support
- Collaborate with application teams, subject matter experts, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and configure interfaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues, including daily error triage and coordination across teams
- Proactively monitor live interfaces to ensure optimal performance and quickly address issues
- Coordinate key implementation activities such as testing, builds, cutover planning, and go-live execution
- Partner with interface engine developers to define and implement data translation strategies
- Identify risks related to technical tasks and third-party systems and escalate as needed
- Support ongoing application initiatives and interface enhancements
- Ensure performance, scalability, and availability of applications and integrations
- Maintain and support functional interfaces across systems and infrastructure
- Assist with planning, estimating, and designing integration components and customizations
- Design, develop, and maintain interfaces using the Cloverleaf HL7 engine
- Support error handling in both Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf environments
- Build strong relationships with end users and provide responsive, high-quality support
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of Epic build and support experience
- Epic Bridges Certification
- Experience with healthcare integration messaging formats (HL7, FHIR, EDI, CSV, XML)
- Healthcare industry experience
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience within the Laboratory or Diagnostics industry (preferred but not required)

- Travel: Up to 15% domestic travel; no international travel required
