Branch Operations Manager
Location: Seattle, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time (Confidential Search)
We are conducting a confidential search for a Branch Operations Manager to lead daily operations for a small, well-established financial services branch in Seattle.
This is a hands-on operations leadership role focused on accuracy, compliance, and client service. The branch operates with a very small on-site team—just two people total—making this an ideal opportunity for someone who values autonomy, structure, and a calm, professional work environment where operational excellence matters more than foot traffic or aggressive sales goals.
The role partners closely with headquarters and a remotely based sales leader, but remains highly self-sufficient day to day. This position is best suited for a seasoned banking professional or an Assistant Branch Manager ready to step into broader operational responsibility without managing a large staff.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, ensuring all work is completed accurately, compliantly, and on time
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operational matters, escalations, and client needs
- Maintain internal controls, documentation, and regulatory readiness
- Support audits, reviews, reporting, and issue resolution
- Supervise and support one direct report, providing direction, coaching, and accountability
- Partner closely with internal teams such as Compliance, Risk, IT, and a nearby remote sales leader
- Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and consistent client experience
This is a low-traffic, cashless environment with a strong emphasis on precision, communication, and trust.
