Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Operations Manager, located in Akron, OH. The Branch Operations Manager will oversee branch operations, including managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining efficient workflows, monitoring operational performance, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to meet organizational operational goals and deliver value-driven results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
• Experience in wholesale distribution or HVAC industry is mandatory
