💼 Position Details
• Title: Box Office Associate
• Type: Full-Time (Hourly)
• Pay: $41,600.00/yr + Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life)
• Schedule: Must be available Monday, Wednesday, Friday + nights, weekends, and all show days
• Location: Celebrity Theatre – Phoenix, AZ
🎯 What You’ll Do
• Sell tickets in person and over the phone using ETIX ticketing software
• Provide exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish
• Assist patrons with ticketing, will call, seating issues, and general questions
• Process transactions (cash, card, comps) quickly and accurately
• Keep things running smoothly on show days and during pre-sales
• Support the Director of Ticketing and Assistant Box Office Manager with daily tasks
• Stay sharp—know what events are coming up and be ready to talk about them
• Follow all policies and procedures with care and professionalism
✅ What We’re Looking For
• Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• A natural communicator with a friendly, customer-first attitude
• Comfortable with computers and point-of-sale systems (ticketing experience = a plus!)
• Available to work weekdays, weekends, nights, and show days
• Cool under pressure and organized even when it gets hectic
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to be a team player
