A minimum of 8 years of experience in claims handling is necessary. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, though not mandatory. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for accurately completing reports, conducting interviews for information gathering, and engaging in negotiations. A solid understanding of Claims Best Practices is required. Candidates should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team. Well-developed customer service abilities are also important. A CURRENT FLORIDA ADJUSTER LICENSE: 6-20 ALL LINES is needed. Remote work options are available.
