Description
Boater’s World Marine Centers in Lake Placid, FL is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Boat Detailer to join our team.
This role plays a key part in ensuring boats are clean, well-presented, and ready for customer delivery, showroom display, and service completion. The Boat Detailer also supports general yard operations to help maintain an organized and efficient dealership environment.

Boat Cleaning & Detailing
- Pressure wash and clean boats to maintain a professional appearance.
- Detail boats to ensure interiors and exteriors are clean and presentable.
- Perform buffing and waxing to protect surfaces and maintain finish quality.
- Clean and maintain upholstery, flooring, and interior compartments.
- Clean and polish metal, glass, and canvas surfaces.
Final Preparation & Presentation
- Prepare boats for customer delivery, showroom display, and lot presentation.
- Ensure vessels meet dealership presentation standards prior to delivery.
- Maintain overall appearance and readiness of boats on the lot.
Yard and Operational Support
- Assist with organizing and maintaining the service yard and staging areas.
- Help move and reposition boats for service, display, or delivery as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot and work areas.
- Support the Service Department and other teams as needed.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.
- Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Follow dealership processes and direction from management.
