🩺 About the Role

Kelly Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Board‑Certified Pathologist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs at the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center. This is a full‑time, onsite opportunity providing Anatomic and Surgical Pathology services in a collaborative federal healthcare environment—serving those who have served our country.

⏰ Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

💰 Compensation

• Starting at $150/hour

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Provide Anatomic Pathology services, including Surgical Pathology
• Interpret and diagnose surgical pathology specimens in accordance with VA and national standards
• Meet required turnaround times per VHA Pathology policy
• Document all patient care activities in the electronic medical record
• Comply with applicable accrediting and regulatory standards, including:

College of American Pathologists (CAP)

The Joint Commission

VHA Pathology policies

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
• Adhere to VA privacy, security, and HIPAA requirements
• Collaborate closely with VA clinical and laboratory staff

🎓 Required Qualifications

• MD or DO
• Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology
• Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. State, Territory, or DC
• Minimum 5 years of Pathology experience (including experience within the past 3 years)
• Eligible for and able to complete VA credentialing and privileging
• Ability to pass a VA background investigation
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Strong computer and EMR documentation skills
