HealthPRO Pediatrics is hiring a BCBA to join our outpatient pediatric ABA clinic in Jacksonville, NC.

Position Highlights

Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Monitor data collection and treatment progress
• Provide parent training and consultation
• Collaborate with providers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain timely documentation and billing compliance
• Follow BACB ethics and evidence-based practices
Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification/licensure required
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• Pediatric or autism experience preferred
