Pay Rate: $50/hour (Approx. $104,000/year at 40 hrs/week)

Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Hours: Up to 40 hours/week (Full-time & Part-time options available)


About the Role

We are seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work across two residential care facilities in St. Louis, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This role involves working in a clinical, structured environment alongside a multidisciplinary team including nurses, caregivers, and therapists.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
  • Monitor and interpret behavior trends to guide interventions
  • Train staff, caregivers, and families in effective behavior management techniques
  • Assist residents in developing daily living skills and increasing independence
  • Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care

Work Environment

  • 24/7 residential care facilities (full-time residents)
  • Structured, clinical setting (not a typical office)
  • Team-oriented with healthcare professionals
  • Mostly day shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM


Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
