Schedule: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role
We are seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work across two residential care facilities in St. Louis, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This role involves working in a clinical, structured environment alongside a multidisciplinary team including nurses, caregivers, and therapists.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans to reduce challenging behaviors and promote positive outcomes
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze behavioral data
- Monitor and interpret behavior trends to guide interventions
- Train staff, caregivers, and families in effective behavior management techniques
- Assist residents in developing daily living skills and increasing independence
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
Work Environment
- 24/7 residential care facilities (full-time residents)
- Structured, clinical setting (not a typical office)
- Team-oriented with healthcare professionals
- Mostly day shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Experience with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health conditions
- Excellent communication and teaching skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
