Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is passionate about delivering exceptional clinical outcomes while fostering meaningful relationships with children and families. Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and oversee individualized ABA treatment programs
• Conduct assessments, functional behavior analyses, and program evaluation
• Supervise, mentor, and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Provide parent training and family support to promote treatment success
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Passion for improving outcomes for children and families
