Most ABA clinics will tell you they care about clinical quality. This one was built because of it.
Founded by parents of a child on the spectrum who spent years navigating a system that wasn't designed for complex kids. When they couldn't find the clinic their daughter needed, they built it. That founding story shapes everything about how this place operates.
This is a full service clinic in Chandler, AZ where ABA, OT, SLP, social work and nursing work together on the same caseloads. Not just under one roof. Actually collaborating. Quarterly case conferences bring every discipline into the room to talk about the same child. It is a model most clinicians describe wanting but rarely find.
What the role looks like
Caseloads are capped and billable expectations sit at 25 hours. Your tech team works exclusively with your clients, some of them for years. You will not spend your time reteaching. There is strong clinical leadership in place and a culture where treatment quality is taken seriously at every level.
You will be on campus four days a week with one flex day of your choice. Families are engaged, expectations are reasonable and the people around you have been here long enough to actually know each other.
What they are looking for
Someone who genuinely cares about the work and the families behind it. High character matters more than a perfect resume here. If you want to carry a caseload, stay close to the clinical work and grow over time, this is worth a conversation.
Two progression tracks are available, specialist or supervisory, with people management and operations pathways for those who want them. CEU budget is generous, BACB membership is covered, conference attendance is supported and relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
