Pediatric Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Location: Amarillo, TX (area)
Position Type: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Schedule)
Compensation: $70,000–$90,000 annually (DOE)
About the Opportunity
A confidential, well-established pediatric healthcare organization is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its growing clinical team. This full-time, daytime role focuses on providing high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children, primarily those diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Provide direct ABA therapy and clinical oversight for pediatric clients
- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
- Monitor progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Supervise and support behavior technicians or related clinical staff
- Ensure services comply with BACB ethics, state regulations, and organizational standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Texas state licensure or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire
- Experience working with children, preferably within autism services
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
