Role Overview:
This position will assist in credential transactions for Indiana prisons. This role includes travel with occasional overnight stays. Travel and accomodations are paid.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900 annually but may be commensurate with education and experience.

A Day in the Life: The essential functions of this role are:
- Use job knowledge to conduct customer transactions at various events throughout the State
- Travel to Department of Corrections and Juvenile facilities throughout the State for the purpose of issuing ID cards for the reentry program
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Quality check and scan transactions following policy requires
- Attend training classes and/or take certification tests as required
- Maintain privacy of customer and all related records
- Assist with additional operational needs of the department as requested
- Handles a multitude of tasks simultaneously

Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports: This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
