Blow Mold Operator

Looking for a steady, high‑paying machine‑operator role with weekly pay and a consistent Monday–Friday schedule. If you have mechanical aptitude and enjoy hands‑on work, this is a great opportunity to join a busy production team that offers long‑term stability and growth.

You’ll operate and maintain blow‑mold equipment that produces plastic milk jugs, perform quality checks, make adjustments, and keep production running smoothly. This is a fast‑paced, active role where your mechanical skills really matter.

• Set up, adjust, clean, and operate blow‑mold machines
• Perform and record hourly bottle weight checks
• Make heat, weight, and tooling adjustments to stay within spec
• Monitor the Alpine system, clear jams, and call for material
• Run the bailer and manage bales when full
• Report equipment issues to leads or maintenance
• Assist maintenance with repairs beyond operator level
• Follow all Safety Procedures and GMP standards
• Keep your area clean and complete required documentation

• 6+ months of blow molding, injection molding, or machine‑operator experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Comfortable adjusting heat/weight settings and unclogging lines
• Good attention to detail and basic math skills
• Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

• $22.00–$23.50/hr (based on experience)

This is a Contract position based out of Newport News, VA.

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Newport News,VA.
