This role will be based in Nassau County, NY, and will run through the end of the year. It is expected to be a full-time position (40+ hours per week), with gas mileage reimbursement provided for any travel between sites.
Core Responsibilities:
- Configure handheld portable ultrasound scanners per Client specifications, including device settings, network connectivity, and user profile setup.
- Conduct pre-deployment testing to verify device functionality, image capture, data transmission, and clinical system connectivity.
- Deploy devices to designated clinical areas and confirm proper placement and end-user accessibility.
- Assess site readiness across all designated hospital areas, including network connectivity and charging infrastructure.
- Coordinate with Client's Clinical Engineering, IT, and Nursing teams to resolve site readiness gaps prior to deployment.
- Perform post-deployment validation to confirm devices are operational and integrated with clinical workflows.
- Document all configurations, deployment locations, and test results in Client's designated tracking system.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting and escalate unresolved issues per established procedures.
