Trident Consulting is currently seeking a " Bioanalytical Scientist " for one of our industry-leading clients.

Title: Bioanalytical Scientist

Location: Aliso Viejo, CA (Onsite)

Contract: 12+ Months

Pay Rate: $53 /hr. on W2

1st Shift | Flexible Hours: 7am–4pm, 8am–5pm, or 9am–6pm

Client is seeking a motivated Bioanalytical Scientist to join its Pharmacokinetics, Drug Disposition, and Clinical Pharmacology team. This role will support the development and execution of bioanalytical methods for small molecules and peptides, contributing to nonclinical and clinical ADME strategies for innovative pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and qualify LC-MS/MS bioanalytical methods
• Perform non-GLP sample analysis in biological fluids and tissues
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation
• Author study reports and regulatory submission content
• Operate and maintain LC-MS/MS instrumentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional R&D and nonclinical development teams

Qualifications:

• BS in Chemistry or related field with 3–6 years of experience, or MS with 2+ years
• Hands-on LC-MS/MS method development experience
• Experience with protein precipitation, LLE, and SPE sample preparation techniques
• Knowledge of bioanalytical assays for small molecules and peptides
